I started subcribtion ** August **** recharged of **, *** and **** subsequently.
Not a single day has gone the milk was delivered on time or regularly.
Everytime we have to follow up with customer care team which never gets connected for more then * hour, so Email is the open option and these shameful people of Doodhwaala are never bothered to reply to any email or call the customer to know the issue they are facing.
I have a CCTV at the entrance of my flat so each and every proof I have recorded.
If I check in app it shows milk has been delivered but actually the delivery of milk has never happened and unnecessarily I am chargesd Fir that.
Doodhwaala is fraud company.
Ebrahim Akbari is one of the fraud MD of this fraud company, nowhere on their website his email id or contact details are mention, no escalation matrix is there on website.
They don't want to take anykind of responsibility for the money paid by people.
We should stop this prepaid business, it's easy money for such kind of fraud people.
I am expecting a refund for all the money paid to them
