chocotown in - Chocotown in Fake website Fraud

Hi I placed order for a Davidoff coffee gift set on chocotown.in and I made an online payment of Rs. *** ( Rs *** for the product and Rs *** as extra charges for delivery). I got the message from my bank that my payment is successful and that the amount has been debited from my account towards chocotown.in however I did not get any order confirmation or acknowledgement from chocotown.in. I tried to find their contact details to know the status of my order and this is what I found on the website-

I first tried to reach out to them on the email address provided and I was shocked to learn that this email address doesn't exist (please refer the screenshot I attached). Then, I tried calling them and again I got to know this phone number doesn't exist.
When I looked into more on Google I found there are already hundreds of consumer complaints submitted against this website and I am really disappointed about the fact that how come this website is still active and running despite these many complaints against it. I really want to see this business shut down and the owner to face the consequences for this. I am attaching the screenshots as well.
