I have ordered * separate orders of chocolates. Each have value of ***. My order no is ***** & *****.
I have ordered it on **th August and as per the commitment they need to dispatch it within *-* days max. but till date after ** days, i have no update of my order. I have sent mails & messages on Instagram but no one is responding. Call number provided by them is not reachable since day one. WhatsApp message received at the time of order placed, then after no message was delivered to them. I think I'm stuck on a scam and i need a help.
I have requested them to refund if they have much orders and have any other issues. But no response. I request to help over this matter.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
