Aqua Care Service and Yadav Water Solutions - Chiting and fraud via installed duplicate circuit into Aquagurd water purifier

Complaint for installation of Duplicate Circuit in to Aquguard water purifier which resulted in to blast of water filter and damaged Aquagurd water purifier.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I had got Aqua Care Service phone number ********** from Aqua Care Service website as on **/**/**** for repairs of my Aquagurd water purifier Mazgaon Mumbai, I had callled on number ********** the person received the call named mr Vishal Yadav and I have described my Aquagurd problem for repairs he told me that I am sending the person to your door step , I have sent my Mazgaon address via SMS to the number **********.

In the evening on **/**/**** the person named Mr Dhiraj yadav his phone number ***** ***** come at my Mazgaon address and changed the circuit of Aquagurd and told me that if any problems occur call me on this number, I have demanded Bill from him but he told me that , I am sticking my sticker on your Aquagurd water purifier and taken Rs ****/- in cash from me.

The sticker stick on my Aquagurd water purifier in the name of Yadav water solutions. On **/**/**** I got the problem in my Aquagurd water purifier. I have called on Aqua Care Service phone number ********** Mr Vishal Yadav picked up the phone and told me that our company has not sent any person on **/**/**** for repairs of your Aquagurd water purifier.

Then I had callled the person named Mr Dhiraj Yadav who came to my Mazgaon Resident for repairs of Aquagurd water purifier Since mr Dhiraj yadav phone number ***** ***** has denied to come to the mazgaon and Blocked my numbers another person named Mr Niraj yadav number ***** ***** told me that why you are calling Mr. Vishal Yadav thats why Mr Dheeraj Yadav will not come.

They have done fraud and cheating with me by providing duplicate circuit to my Aquagurd water purifier and also not providing services within ** days of installation.
