Unique Smcs Ltd - Chit Funds Cheating

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a complaint against Unique SMCS Ltd, Nizamabad for their fraudulent practices and breach of trust.
I had invested ****** in Unique SMCS Ltd in ****. The company promised me guaranteed returns on my investment and assured me that my money would be safe. However, over the past few months, the company has stopped making payments and has refused to refund my investment.
Upon further investigation, I have discovered that Unique SMCS Ltd has been involved in several fraudulent activities, including misappropriation of funds, failure to disclose important information to investors, and violating various rules and regulations.
I have tried to reach out to the company multiple times to resolve this matter, but they have not responded to my queries or provided any satisfactory solution.
Therefore, I am requesting the Consumer Court to take appropriate action against Unique SMCS Ltd and help me recover my investment. I would also like to request an investigation into the company's operations and hold them accountable for their actions.
