Bavithasri Chitfund Pvt Ltd - Chit fund fraud

Me and my brother in law have a chit in Bavithasri Mahabubabad.
My brother in law happened to lift the chit and he got the amount credited to his account after * months but as per the company rules he should get that in * months
So I made a decision to cancel the chit as i been changed extra amount because I couldn’t pay on time
While cancelling they said as per the company norms they will deduct ***** and the remaining amount will be credited to my account after ** days
It’s been more than a month that I haven’t received any money
My question here is: When they charge extra amount if we don’t pay on time and why don’t they pay extra amount while crediting after * months
