Dinesh Karthik Chits Private Limited - Chit fund company has cheated me

I have been hearing Voxya and you are doing a great job. You make the skewed people straight and help the people who are in the need. I cannot resist to applaud you for that. I never thought I will get into a situation where I will file a complaint like this. But anyways to be take in the positive way that I get a chance to applaud you along with complaint.

To be precise, a company named Dinesh Karthik Chits Private Limited has cheated me.

I bid the chit on **-**-**** for the dividend of *,**,*** (* Lac ** thousand) rupees. They are supposed to return **,**,*** (Twelve lac eighty nine thousand) rupees on or before **-**-****. But till this day they have not given my amount. They were giving some lame reasons when I called them. I needed money for urgency before **-**-****. As the amount I am supposed to get from the chit fund company was not ready to provide the money in time, I had to borrow the **,**,*** (ten lacs) amount for ** percent interest rate with someone I know.

I joined the chit thinking that it will come for rescue when needed. With this chit it happened that not only it did NOT come for rescue, it became burden for me. This person Adinarayana (old manager), switched off his mobile. Suresh (new manager) is not picking the calls. Mahesh, who generally comes for collection says he does not have control. He says that the amount clearance should come from head office. When asked for more details, he says he will call back. But he never did that. And the head office says it will be handled by the local manager.

Due to joining the chit I lost not only **,**,*** rupees (principle + interest of **% locally), but burden of **,*** rupees (**% interest for **,**,*** I borrowed).

There is not only monetary but also in terms of mental peace. I could not get such large amount (for middle class family man, of course it is very large) for lesser interest rate without any documents which was very difficult to produce in time. And with those three people, I realized that I got cheated . I paid the dues in time and they themselves said that previously.

I don't want to continue in the chit anymore and I need my lost amount back. I depend on you in recovering the lost amount for me. Please do help me.
