Bhavitha Sri Chitfunds Private Limited - Chit amount not settled even after one year from lifting date

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a member of Bhavitha sri chit funds Godavarikhani branch. we have participated in Chit auction almost one year back i.e.(**.**.****) we have not received total amount till now. I have paid all my instalments/corpus regularly. (No dues to them any point of time). They are not responding even after this much of delay in settling my amount. And getting irresponsible answers. I have emergency for money from the last ** months, I have been patiently waiting , and listening to their branch head, regional head, area manager, general manager at different hierarchy levels. They just want to convince the customer to invest in their deposit schemes but not interested in settling the amount. So many customers also facing the same problem with so called bhavitha sri chits and local news channels also covered some news against them. I have written to their official email. They are not replying. Even I tried to reach his chairman Bhavitha chits warangal. But no use. Kindly help me.
