DR AGROTECH SREERAMPUR HOOGLY WEST BENGAL - Chicks not delivered

I had ordered *** turkey chicks after a telephonic conversation with the MD of the company and based at Dasgraha sreerampur west Bengal ******.
And had a face to face conversation with their sales Representative Mr S. Prasad based at siliguri west Bengal
They asked me to make the full payment I.e. ***x*** Rs *****( Rupees Twenty two thousand only) in advance on **.**.**** which I paid by transfer to Mr Ranjit Singh MD of Dr Agrotech after they promised delivery ***% within a month.
After that I ordered Kadaknath Chicks on **.**.**** by making **% payment for *** chicks @ Rs *** x *** I.e Rs *****( Thirteen thousand only)
Till date they have not delivered my turkey chicks despite of taking full payment from me and when I call them they abuse
