Zomato and FreshMenu - Chicken pieces served in Veg Sandwich

I had ordered * chicken (Peri Peri Chicken Tikka Subwich) & * veg (Crunchy Coleslaw Subwich) items and they gave chicken pieces in both. I'm a non-vegetarian but my fiancee is a pure vegetarian. Tried connecting with chat support but it was of no use. Firstly, *-* executives just kept me on-hold. Later, I was told that the supervisor will call me. Mr. Subhajit called me and said he will refund the amount of sandwich. But I didn't accepted it and asked to transfer the call to someone senior. Mr. Indra called me and offered me a full refill for the order. I didn't accepted it either. My concern is not about money that's why I've mentioned a random amount of **L in the loss section here. My concern is something else. Is there no value of someone's religious Sentiments? I'm sure there will be several customers who had gone Theo this but no-one has time to fight against a company.
