Chetak company should not put Vehicle directly for update....prior notice of updates should have been given. We had to push the Chetak Electric bike as it was not starting. It was not switching to drive mode from neutral, we had to check on site what was the problem. People were laughing on us No proper response from service Centre people. Whole day wasted, too much of trouble. We had praised the company and the Chetak Electric bike so much ..but it is a failure bike.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
