Holiday Hutzz 302 floor Bestech Business Tower Sector 66 Mohali Punjab - Cheque dishounred due to Signature Mismatch

Dear Sir,
I invested in a networking marketing program with M/s Holiday Hutzz, address: ***,*rd floor, Bestech Business Tower, Sector ** (Mohali), Punjab (******), in May ****

Based on the investment I was eligible for a monthly interest earning payouts from June **** to August **** and then return of original invested amount in August ****.

I got the monthly interest earning amount only for June, July, August, September and October **** and then the monthly payouts were stopped by M/s Holiday Hutzz.

M/s Holiday Hutzz also did not pay original invested amount scheduled in August ****.

After lot of discussion, follow ups, finally I had face to meeting with Owner of M/s Holiday Hutzz Mr. Shasha Gupta at his different office at office of “Illuminati Jewellers Suite no-***,*** *nd Floor, Sector **, Panchkula”, on **th August **** regarding overdue payouts from M/s Holiday Hutzz.

Further to discussion, I was issued * (Two) equal Postdated cheques of amount Rs. X, XX, XXX/- were issued for **th September **** and **th October **** respectively in lieu of complete over payouts by M/s Holiday Hutzz.
The first cheque (PDC dated **th September ****) was submitted to Bank which was later within a week time retuned back stating that “Drawers signature differs”.
It was observed that Drawers signatures are same on both the cheques and hence the second cheque (PDC dated **th October ****) shall also be returned if applied in due course.
I have officially communicated to M/s Holiday Hutzz, over Email and Registered Post, but still I have not got any feedback from them not amount transferred electronically.
The above experience has been extremely painful and frustrating considering that we were able to get the cheques after so much delay and discussions. Your support is required to get the amount back from M/s Holiday Hutzz.
