Spicejet and makemytrip AND GOIBIBO - Checked in baggage allowance confirmed on ticket was not honored by the airline at the Airport

I traveled on the below ticket issued by goibibo returning from Dubai to Mumbai on spicejet, as per details below I am allowed for baggage allowance of ** kgs but the airline spicejet did not allow more than ** kgs at the Dubai Airport and  was asked to remove the * kgs and carry as hand luggage without informing me that further at the boarding point they will check again and out of no choice inorder to avoid missing the flight I had to pay for access of * kgs also the meals were not included in the flight which was not mentioned on the return ticket from Dubai to Mumbai.

I have been communicating the above since **st Oct **** to Goibibo which they never reply and spicejet only refusing via emails by their gurgaon office mentioning that is not their policy to refund inspite only the baggage allowance mentioned on the ticket issued and also I had reconfirmed with Dubai Spicejet office twice but at the time if check in strangely the spicejet Dubai airport counter refused it and now refusing a refund of all the embarrassment I faced at Dubai airport by spicejet airlines staff.

I am posting this for all passengers to avoid using these services of Goibibo and spicejet as they are just another money making tactics and poor customer services.

I have all the emails , invoices as back up evidence and posting it of the turmoil I suffered  at their pathetic and unrealistic services.
