I have booking for hotel in gangtok thru make my trip.when I reached hotel on *th June **,check in was denied as hotel was full.whn in contacted make my trip,no resolution was provided.i was stranded in night.till now no compensation has been given

Hotel – Room amenities unservisableOpen
