jayabheri Automotives Pvt LTD - cheating

I booked Alto *** LXI with Jayabheri Automotives Pvt LTD, Gachibowli on **th October ****. The date of delivery was given end of the October by Rakesh and his team lead Suresh. I got the loan approved from SBI. Then on **th October, Rakesh called me that your vehicle will be delayed but he will invoice the vehicle on **st October so that the price will stay the same. I agreed. But on **th October, Suresh called me and told me that has no idea when the vehicle will be delivered and you may not get the offer. He told me to get the booking cancelled. I called Jayabheri Gachibowli showroom and I was told that there is no booking in my name. Suresh trapped and cheated me to meet his sales targets. Store manager told me that there can be excuses from our side but if customer does mistake like cancels booking, the customer will be penalized. This is hedgemony and cheating tactics executed to trap customers. I could have bought the vehicle from another showroom in one week but they trapped me. I have suffered a lot of emotional pain and agony and monetary losses because of this. I request that this issue be resolved asap and punish such illegitimate and unethical practices by Jayabheri Automotives, Gachibowli. I demand compensation for emotional trauma and monetary losses.
