We had signed an Agreement to Sell and Construction Agreement with Nitesh Housing Developer Private Limited, both dated Aug *, **** to acquire a * Bedroom Unit measuring **** sq.ft. in Nitesh Columbus Square located in bearing Municipal No. */***/*, ***/* in Bangalore North
The above unit as per the Construction Agreement was to be completed and delivered within ** months plus * months grace from August *, ****, which is on August *, ****.We are now on March **** and there has already been a delay of over ** months delay. They have collected **% of the cost, ie Rs.**.** lakhs . They have cheated all the investors and we have invested our hard-earned money. Pls help us in getting back our investment with interest
