Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Delay in RC Name Correction and Deficiency in Service

Dear Mahindra First Choice Team,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your HSR branch in Bengaluru concerning the RC name correction for my vehicle (Honda City - KA**MP****) purchased on January **, ****.

At the time of purchase, I made a down payment of ₹*.** lakhs and financed the remaining ₹* lakhs fron Bajaj finance through a loan. Additionally, I paid ₹*,*** for RTO transfer services and ₹*,*** for other related charges. My RC book was provided to me around March ****; however, the name on the RC card was incorrectly printed due to an error on your part. I requested the name correction at the beginning of April **** and have followed up consistently with your team.

Despite several follow-ups and assurances from your staff, I have still not received the corrected RC card. It has now been seven months since my initial request. I even visited the RTO office directly, where I was informed that the name correction process should take no more than ** days. This delay has caused me significant financial strain, as I am unable to sell my car without the proper RC card.

I filed a formal complaint with your team and was once again assured the issue would be resolved, but the problem remains unresolved. The continuous delays and false assurances have caused me considerable inconvenience, mental distress, and financial hardship.

I hereby request immediate take legal action for deficiency in service and seek compensation for the financial loss and distress caused from Mahindra first choice
