Hathway Hyderabad internet - Cheating

Almost ** months onwards i used hathway Hyderabad internet account july month i shifted my location from kphb to lalapet near tarnaka before i shifted my location i asked service person of hathway Hyderabad internet they said ok den i recharged my hathway Hyderabad internet account and i paid shifting charges also *** . After * days they calld me and said that there is no hathway internet services, i accepted the situation and give the hathway Hyderabad internet router also but till now i didnt get my ammount *** rs pls accepted my complaint and pls refund my ammount from hathway Hyderabad internet
