Skyarise jobs - Cheating

I am Midhun Sunny, I registered in Freelancer website on April **rd for doing online works. On that day itself i got a message from facomi**** (freelancer web ID) asking my contact number . After that i received a call from them asking to do data entry work. And they asked to do a deposit of rs **** to start the job, it will be refunded at the time of salary payment if the work has **% of accuracy. For each page they will pay *** rs. They also said they can pay half payment after completing half work.. This was the only condition they delivered to us. As i really want a job, i deposited through google pay which they have given through whatsapp number (**********) and Email (digitalvillageindia**@gmail.com). They sent ** pages of data through Email and asked to complete ** pages in * days and ** pages in * days. They sent contract letter too which was in the letter pad of US Company ( US DATA CORPORATION).I started work and completed ** pages in * days and submitted, then they said client changed mind asked to do it complete work then only make payment. Again i started work and completed ** pages in given time and submitted on ** th APRIL ****. A single page was content by more than **** words and it was very difficult to completed in given time and i took it as a challenge by putting my time and effort on it and completed. After submitting i got an email saying payment will be done in ** hours after checking the accuracy. The next day (** april ****) i got an email from them saying my work has **% accuracy and to send account details of mine. Also they asked to make payment **% of tax of salary that comes ****rs which will be refunded to me with salary. For ** pages the total salary comes *****rs. All the time they send a salary slip through email adding the deposits to that salary. So i believed. I paid **** through whatsapp UPI which they have shared. The next email comes on *st may **** saying the salary will be credited in ** working hours if you pay the processor payment which cots rs ****. When i asked why this payment i have to make , they replied its an international transaction, so you have to make this payment otherwise the salary wont be released. And this amount will be send to you back with salary, the new salary slip which they have send in next email have this amount credited salary. And I Paid that too to get my salary. Then they asked to make payment IMT charge of rs. ****. As they asking all the amounts to pay to them, i asked to refund my cash which i have deposited to them. Then they replied , they already deposited all the deposits i have done to international , so they can't refund to me , only the way to get the payment i have to pay this amount. Unwillingly i paid that too, as they informed salary will be credited in * hours. After * hour i got an email to pay foreign conversion charge of rs. **** in ** minutes. This disappointed me as well. When i texted them and they said this is the final amount i have to pay the salary will receive in ** minutes. As i don't have any other option i paid that too. I waited ** minutes, * hours, ** hours, ** hours ,** hours i didn't get any response from them till now . In total i paid **** rs. I requested them to pay my money back or else i will move legally but they blackmail me that they will file a case against me for harassing there company if i move legally. Totally they have to me salary ***** + my deposite ****=*****rs

Therefore, I would like to file an FIR against DIGITAL VILLAGE INDIA (SKYARISE JOB) at cyber cell ,CONSUMER COURT and Minisry of labour and employment . I need the money back which i have deposited to them. To get money from people, they are focusing on unemployed ones , it is truly illegal and misleading activity which are against the consumer protection act **** and section *** of IPC .I am attaching all the proofs of emails, UPI transaction screenshots and the message screenshots with this letter. I requested them to pay my money back or else i will move legally

I request you to take prompt action against DIGITAL VILLAGE INDIA (SKYARISE JOB) for online cheating and misleading activities.
