Amount cheated by the customer care on **.**.****. My son ordered a Bluetooth device but it has been delivered low quality. Then he called the customer care of Shop and Dealz. They told to give their bank account no. and accordingly, he informed two bank account no. and forward the confirmation. After that, it was found that Rs. ****/- and Rs.**,***/- has been deducted from the two accounts. My son is staying in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. After that, he made a GD entry in Sri Ganganagar PS. Copy of the GD entry is enclosed for ready reference. I want my money back.
