Alshaif - Cheating with customers n not giving refund

I ordered * dresses from alishaif shopping site as they claim its a designer dress but after I received its it's third quality replica products I paid rs **** for those dress I mailed them saying that I'm not happy with your product plz refund my money back. They denied saying they are bound by policy they will store credit . Later on online I found many customers complaining about the same .what is use of credit voucher when we know every thing is same and rubbish plz help me and save others customers as well most of them are getting trapped.
Along with this insta Facebook all over they have limited the comments they know very people will get to know that they are cheating us .
These people have mentally harrasted.
