i have been cheated by a person through telegram he offered saying that there is a give away for iphone devices for which he was charging ****INR , i suspected and he convinced me to pay ****INR in advance and i can pay remaining amount once product is delivered , accordingly i paid amount later he stopped responding and confirmed me that he wont send the product
