The screen of my phone ,Redmi *a , which i bought on the **th of October **** is flickering.
I took it to the redmi service centre to get it fixed as it is still under warranty. The executives there tried to cheat me by telling me that it will not be fixed under warranty as the fone is damaged and it would cost me Rs **** to fix it.
The fone is not physically damaged at all !! The stupid executive kept trying to point at different parts of the fone and saying "Heres a dent", where there was none.
Xiaomi is cheating all its consumers by lying about * year warranty. Take any device to them within the warranty period and they come with stupid excuses as stated above.
I am attaching the pics of my device to show that there are no dents. While the service slips says there are multiple dents.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
