I beleived that Telegram was atrusted platform and i saw ads coming upi on Jan ** evening saying ipad sale- i asked the seller he said its refurbished and first i paid Rs. **** but the payment got stucked. then i used phonepe Rs.**** and ***/- as first installment. then i found the seller blocked me. I raised a tickect with Google pay,phonepay to stop payment but still they didnt help.Google pay Transcaion id- ************- phone pe- tickets********* and *********. I agree I didnt lost big amount but think of the gravity of this cheating. I would like to sue Telegram- for letting these scams happening on their application.
Googlepay+ phonepe- not having a proper KYC
the scammer used yes bank account - so would like to add Yes bank also to the case.
If you able to get the money back i would like to donate this amount to Voxya.com
I am sure many wont come up to complaint against these scams because of the amount is less . if you can please file a PIL againt these * companies. lets not let this happen again.
