Sir/Mam,
I booked my bus ticket with Shrinath Travels
To travel from Navsari to Jalore and before * hours they send me sms that your ticket got canceled and now our bus will not depart, they not even bother about to call their customers.
I called and asked them reason but they are not giving proper explanation and also not helpful.
I told them to arrange alternate option because in short time I can not get ticket and further arrangements in this covid situation.
I lost my time and money and also preplanned events where I have to reach.
I attached screen shot of my ticket and their sms.
Please help me.
