TATA Motors and Dealer Derik Motors - Cheating of TATA Motors

I bought a TATA Tiago Car on **.**.**** from TATA dealership M/S Derik Motors, Trivandrum. The vehicle was break down on the way to Kottayam on **.**.**** due to an unknown reason which the company cannot find out so far. Its found that they cant even find the proper reason. They only said " Engine Locked" .
For the past ** days their technicians keep diagnosing as they say to rectify the issue. * weeks is not a short period to find the problem with a locomotive. They cant find means the problem is high. It is a risk even though the vehicle is get repaired and given back.
Therefore My demand is to refund my money with interest as I lost my trust on this brand. I communicated with them to replace the vehicle. But I prefer the refund with interest and my compensation for my struggles with my family. Therefore I demand the company to give me Rs **Lakh and leave the issue.
