Grace International Recruitment - Cheating in Visa

I received a call from Grace international recruitment agency (maybe used this for cheating) for getting a job Singapore. Caller Name is Sujith Mohan (maybe it is a fake name). He arranged a telephonic interview from Singapore accounting clinics Pte LTD (it's Singapore registered company) call received it's registered number. I trusted that. I answered his questions then get a job offer letter. The agent asks Rs***** for applying for a visa a give the money then after one week a visa approved letter received through mail and agent ask for balance amount Rs *****. I gave the money then the next day he asks money for food card he tells only you can travel in Singapore to the amount of sgd****. If you a pay sgd*** you will get a food card of sgd**** you can travel with this card and I give that amount equivalence of Indian rupees *****. Then after the original visa can take * days. After * days the visa did not come and I not get an agent. I give payment through a bank the bank details mentioned below
