Oyo Life - Cheating in rent

I shifted from one oyo to other but still they never created new booking id. And I spoke to a guy called sangamesh from revenue department in oyo. He assured the rent is **** before I moved in. After one month of processing they are saying that the rent is **** now. I asked him to calculate the date I moved in. He was like its a decision taken by central team we can't help you with this. And if I ask him the reason he is saying that every month the rent will change. I lived in uk also but never saw this kind of cheating. Please come ever book in oyo specifically BLR****.
