I have applied for internet connection from Tikona on */**/**. From very next day , i started facing problems in connectivity and from same day I started calling tikona, every time they says, we fixed your issue, but in actual it's not get fixed and I continuously calling them, every time they says: It's been resolved. Then on */**/** I raised a complaint to disconnect my connection and Refund my money back that i had paid. Then they said your request is in progress and you'll get the confirmation with your money in ** days, I had been chasing them every day to get to know the status, but on very **th day they said, we're unable to refund your amount, it's against our policy ( because after ** days my second month is over), but in parallel to that the connection had to be disconnected, but they didn't do that. And after **- ** days to my connection termination request they said you have to pay that amount then after we'll be able to disconnect your connection.
Now in the morning i got the call from the one of Mumbai and they said that i have your case file and if you pay the amount then only i stop that otherwise you have to go to the ”tis hazari court, delhi” for your case and all of your govt. id will get blocked for ** years. Then i have made the payment
