Deejos Interiors - Cheating housing interior works are not done as committed

On the promises and assurances of ​Mr Sundar Singh, business head of Deejos Interiors Pvt. Ltd. I gave the contract to design my new house’s interior located in Sonestaa iWoods, Behind Central Mall, Bellandur - ******. The company made false promises of completing the project within ** days of time after the design finalisation. Based on that the quotation has been sent to my mail id and their term & conditions have been mentioned as well. The project execution has been agreed upon the cost ​Rs. ******.​ As an advance, I have paid ​Rs. ***** on **th March ****​. As per their terms and conditions, I have paid ​Rs. ******, Rs. ******, Rs. ****** on **th April ****, *st May ****, *st June ****​ respectively. The design finalisation has been done and moved the designs to production on ​**th April ****, this has been confirmed by their designer ​Mr Gokul on ​**th April ****.​ I have paid **% of the money to the company on the aforementioned dates and not even **% of the work has been done at the site. They are asking for more money to complete the project now. They are giving mental stress and financial stress to me and my family. I'm the only one earning in my family just because of Deejos & their executives made false promises and delayed and derailed the project. Currently, I'm monthly paying approx. Rs. ***** including my house rent and house loan EMI from past * months.
