We booked a relocation service door to door from Dandeli to Mangalore. But they didn't kept all the promises. First vehicle was not send and after various negotiation they topped up the agreed price from ***** to *****. The vehicle came ****hrs without any packing material and loaded somehow items which many of them were found damaged upon receipt after * days. After loading no documentation was provided and next day invoice of ***** were provided where as agreed price was only **,*** while booking. They harassments to us so much during this time and finally brought the items after * days of pick up with many items damaged. upon arrival they started claiming that we need to pay for unloading and delivery inside house and they charged us further **** for delivering the items in side our home. it is totally cheating and fraud from this company.
