Goroomgo jk inn - Cheating goroomgo puri hotel

I have booked one hotel from booking.com on **rd August for checkin in **th August morning * am.But the app didn't took any app online for booking,I am very much lucky for that.further on **th **:pm I got a call from goroomgo regarding payment of rs *** for booking confirmation and the payment done by me.Gorromgo team stated that booking got confirmed.After * hour again I got a call from goroomgo that the room given to some other party till * pm so we are not going to allow you till * pm for checkin and I said how it's possible as where I could go with my family and kid with luggage than they told me you should stay in railway platform till * pm and come after that.I have not agreed for the same and they said ok we will give refund and but still I didn't get any refund.
