Kaluva Prabhudhan Reddy filed complaint against Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Company Limited on Jan 24, 2021
I K.Prabhudhan Reddy have been cheated by Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance agent. I have asked for a single premium policy to support for my daughters wedding in ****, but the agent has cheated me with annual term premium policy. I haven't received my money for the wedding and got improper response from the agents and also the company. I had to borrow money with the interest for the wedding and have to take a financial burden.
Policy Numbers: *********E ; *********E
In this regard, i have complained to the Ombudsman with all the required evidence. Taking into account the facts and circumstances, Ombusdsman have ordered to cancel both the policies.
However, i have received the same amount without any interest even after * years.
I would hereby request you to support me with the loss I beared by borrowing the money for interest (**%) and also the pressure and trauma I had to face because of the financial pressure that they have created by cheating.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
