I have ordered new Boat Rockerz *** Headphones (over the ear) online from https://www.fliptwirls.com on dated ** Feb ****. (because above said product was not available on Boat/ Amazon/Flipkart etc.)
On ** Feb ****, we have recieved an (Cash on delivery) courier after payment done when I was opened the courier and I was found an used and Old refurbished and duplicate headphones without any Invoice / Bill, without brand packing, without any accessory without warranty card.
I suddenly tried to call fliptwirls mobile Number on which they called me for order confirmation but Number was found switched off.
Then I email to info@fliptwirls.com and told them everything that happens.
They asked me for share Unboxing Video. I also Emailed them product full video but there after they are not responding on email nor on phone calls and also.
I also called on their Helpline No +************ but they refused to refund my money.
They are definitely cheating with the peoples. Along with this, they are also defaming the other famous brand like Boat and others too.
If strict action was not taken against these people, more people would be cheated in future and their morale will increase even more.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful or take legal action against the fliptwirls for all that they are doing with peoples.
I have full faith in the Indian judiciary and will take strict action against them.
