everst fleet - Cheating fraud

i visited everest fleet company in gurgaon, i take cab on rent on ** th , but after three days i return the cab to them , they ask for daily rental income, which i paid on **th but now they are deducting amount from my deposit amount.
my q is there is no one to listen the customer matter, no person to resolve the same , they have very bad management , no support
