Sunita Finlease Limited - Cheating done by Sunita Finlease Ltd

I took a loan of Rs. ****/- from the loan point app of Sunita Finlease Ltd. There was period extension option and I made part payment of Rs. ****/- through. Same is not reflected in the app and it is asking me to pay the entire amount of Rs. **** with interest. I want to close the remaining loan amount but their team is not helping at all. They have still not resolved the app issue and are asking me to pay through some link which seems to be like a fraudulent activity.
