Besant Technologies - Cheating case

I joined besant technologies by paying ₹***** they told they will provide classes within a week. They told they will provide classes according to my convenient time i.e for * AM to ** AM or ** AM to ** AM after paid amount they are just ignoring if i am asking to commence classes they are telling like they don't have time slot for the time i requested. They only told they are having classes for so & so timing only for that reason i paid amount. They are asking me to attend one on one class as a women i can't believe them to attend one on one literally they cheated if i asked for refund they are refusing to pay my money back. Its been * months they are not responding for me. I rated * star for them in google so that they are called me & thretening me not even they are tallking properly. Please help me i want my money back.
