Vedantu App - Cheating by Vedantu

As a student, we take part in daily trivia quizzes on the Vedantu app. I won one quiz in February **** with winnings of Rs **** and one last week with winnings of Rs ****. In the first case, Vedantu said they will not send the money to my Paytm account as there was a technical glitch while in the second case, their Academic Counsellor Vishal Singh accepted that all my answers were correct and I would get my winning amount however Vedantu changed their story after I asked again when I would receive my winning amount.

I keep calling and emailing them however they give vague responses. They are a cheat company and are not worth taking classes from and spending time with.
