MP Enterprise - Cheating By Transport Service Provider Devansh Road Carrier

Basis of the transport services requirement at Odisha, i received contact details from Justdial via SMS to contact the concern transport service ( Devansh Road Carrier ,- Contact No,- **********, Name - Mahendra Bharadwaj) no. I approached the transport services provider to provide services. Later vendor asked for advance payment i paid and advance amount *****,** paid in two transaction from our company account. The demand further advance of *****.** being asked by the vendor for providing transport services. Having with the wrong approach by the vendor asking for additional advance, have doubt on his services, i did not not transferred additional advance to that vendor.
Hence due to such behaviour i did not take any services from him even after payment of INR *****.**.
*nd Feb ****- After follow up vendor committed to return our money on *th Feb ****.
*th Feb **** - Even then vendor has not returned my money as committed.
Till now i have not received my money from Devansh road lines my back.
