Insta transfer biz pvt ltd mumbai - Cheating by saying false promises

I taken a logistics franchise from insta transfer biz ltd mumbai, as third party to deliver flifkart parcels, initially company people told daily *** parcels and good earnings and i paid *lac and made agreement.
When i start the buisness they are giving only ** or ** i wait for ** days no improvement in number of parcels when i asked company people they said wait we will increase the parcels but no improvement i quarlled with that people give *** parcels or refund my ****** money they said no not possible because they give false wordings and signed agreement. I came to know they are cheaters when i visited their office they said now ***** will refund after we will see lets wait for sometime. After i came back to my place that ***** also not refunded when i called them they are not answered. They cheated me plannely please provide justice for me.
