Make My Trip Gurugram Haryana - Cheating by providing sub standard unusable accomodation in a Dhaba Eatery

It is not expected from MMT to book horrible condition Road side Dhaba generally used by vehicle drivers & helpers for respected honourable seniors at any cost.
It is totally & highly unwanted & unwarranted illegal & highly dangerous to use entry passage through Dhaba tables in shambles & a MS angle made stairs with large gaps in between for going up & down.
Under the circumstances we had to search for a suitable living place for * hours y'day late evening & eventually landed at a MMT empanelled place, Resort Vinayak Murti with splendid facilitates.
My request to you to kindly make refunds as the dirty dhaba has not recd any payments from MMT & it is customary that MMT releases funds only after Check In, which did not take place. This payment system has also been ratified by * more empanelled Hotelier/Homestay owners which I have in record.
