Lido Learning app - Cheating by LIDO LEARNING

I purchased a online Coding class on **/**/**** from M/s LIDO LEARING for my son studying in class –VIII @*****/- for *** classes conducting twice a week on every Monday and every Wednesday. When I paid online through SBI credit card the amount deducted Rs *****.** and it converted into ** EMI @****.**.If we multiply ****.** by ** it becomes Rs. *****.If we add GST on interest it will become Rs *****.
If we divide ***** by *** it comes = ***.** per class. Every Monday and every Wednesday class was started on time at *.** PM which I chose initially. Further M/s Lido Learning representative/staff called me on **/**/**** for further classes to buy at discount rate for existing customer. As I wrote above my son was studying in class * at that time, I thought it would be better for him to continue lido coding class till March ** which will help him later in progressive career. After convincing by representative/staff of M/s Lido Learning I purchased another *** class @*****. Every class was going smoothly till **/**/**.
In the beginning during admission-process founder of Lido Learning Sri Sahil Seth talked and convinced me for the usefulness of coding. Suddenly on **/**/** the faculty who was teaching coding class told my son that there would be a holiday of **-** days due to some problem of Lido administration. Last Lido coding class was attended by my son on **/**/**. After ** days my son booked online coding class at *.** pm on Lido App on coming Monday and then Wednesday as usual as there was two days coding class in a week. But at the schedule time at *.** pm no teacher/faculty appeared to take
the class. My son used to book online coding class at *.** pm on Lido App on every Monday and every Wednesday and waited for the class. Astonishingly nobody turned to take class though it showed the faculty name there when booked the class. After two weeks I contacted the representative/staff of LIDO Learning. She told that there was a financial problem with the company and all the faculties were on strike. She suggested me to wait **-** days and assured that the class would resume soon. After **-** days when I called her, she replied that staffs were not getting salary and later came to know Sri Sahil Seth sold Lido to somebody else. When my son applied for coding class online,
it showed that there would be class not at *.**PM but *.**PM and according booked the class. After waiting half an hour for the class at *.** PM no faculty turned up for the class.No class was held since **/**/**. My son is entitled for *** class of coding from the Lido Learning.
I tried to reach to Lido CEO Sri Sahil Seth through email and Mobile
but failed. Email is now not working and phone is out of reach. I wrote email to Sahil Seth and his team on **/**/** and **/**/****. I feel heavily cheated by Lido Learning. I paid hard earned money after deduction of tax being a Govt servant. In view of the above it is requested to take up the matter with Sri Sahil Seth in order to resume the class or return my balance amount.
My son used to sit and wait to attend on line coding class on every Monday and Every Wednesday at *.** pm/*.** PM as per app till ** November **** after log in Lido app and waited for the faculty to teach but in vain. Last coding class conducted by M/s Lido Learning was **/**/**.After **/**/** no coding class was conducted by M/s Lido learning though my son waited for the class.
Further I wrote email to getahead@rediffmail.co.in for seeking help from him how to make a complaint in consumer forum against Lido learning on **/**/****.
I also wrote email to cp.ncpcr@nic.in, ms.ncpcr@nic.in and registrar.ncpcr@nic.in for seeking help from them how to make a complaint in consumer forum against Lido learning on **/**/****.
I came to know about voxya from my old friend this week only.
