in my house only my parents are there who do not know much about internet speed or technology ,I put *** rs internet plan for them from the year **** so that they could pass their time and they were always complaining about low speed or no wifi.Now when I came to home town and checked it was giving less than * Mbps and when I called they said all plans are changed and it's a unlimited plan so less speed,is it a justification? ..they never informed my father of changing plans ...will he get some kind of dream that plans are changed?how can they loot somebody like this..they think giving * Mbps for *** is justified..and when I confronted the person started to shout at me also I have mailed them and got no reply ..internet is always down here atleast * days in a week and nobody picks up call when we call them about it now
