Balaji Netralaya Infront of Balaji digital offset Near Shekh hospital Bhawani complex Jalna Road Bho - Cheating by giving bad quality material

Due to headache I did checkup of my eyes in Balaji Netralaya, and doctor suggested to use specs urgently and they transfered my file to opticals section which was the part of this Balaji Netralay Hospital and running inside of this Balaji Netralay Hospital Building, as doctor told me that your file we have transferred to opticals section you can go and purchase your specs from there so they will give it faster as possible,as that I purchased a specs of cost Rupees ****rs and they gave it for ****rs after I request and said to less the amount otherwise I will purchase from somewhere else, but within one week this specs became too loose and one side's leg swayed while I wear it, so I took it for repair and they fixed the swayed leg and gave my specs but they did not fixed the loose problem the way it was loose and even in a small movement of my neck this specs fells down from my face, so again I took it for repair, while parking my scooter this specs fell down from my face and one side's glass broken the same side which leg was swayed, when I said the problem with the specs the technician who was there when I purchase it, that same person told me that this is a lockal quality metrial and so problem is common, this problem is with this product, then I asked him that why don't you tell me this before I purchase it your were there know that time and also why you are selling lockal quality material also for higher price you were demanding ****rs for this product and you only saying this a lockal quality metrial why so?, then he started to laugh at me by saying madam your ****rs is nothing here in balaji see people are purchasing from us *****rs and *****rs product and he showed me *, * bills as he said, also he said if you want your specs be repaired you have to pay money however the bill will be, I was feeling to cry laud the way he insulted me Infront of other many people in hospital
but still I replied him that why should I pay even one month also not completed after I purchased from you I want to talk to your owner he said me okay and after few minutes one other person came to me and told madam Sir is not here at present and we don't know when he will come back, I replied him you give his contact number otherwise I will wait here howlong it may be so he gave his number and called him but he disconnected my call and texted me I am out of state and I will contact you tomorrow. But he did not. I have registered complaint even in NCH from There They suggested me to register a complaint here also for faster resolve.
