Stylebrand - Cheating by delivering Duplicate watch

The watch delivered was fake while the that product information is for Swiss made watch. The telephone confirmation before the dispatch was that the watch is Swiss made marketing from us.
Trusting them gifted the watch to my close relative without opening the packet. The relative returns the watch after a month that made me to realize the cheating by the look of it.
Contacted them to supply the original watch as promised. Response was it is a certified copy and not the original. This information is not in their web site or conveyed earlier before shipment.
My request to return was declined saying * days return policy but suggested to use. Further confirmed if any defects will be attended with in * years warranty period.
After using for a week I found out the watch is not working the way that should.
The warranty period repair also is declined by saying that the watch will stop working in *-* hours of time when taken out from wrist.
My request to clarify why that was not informed earlier or noted in their website is remains unanswered.
