Videocon - Cheating by customer care

I had registered a complaint for my washing machine on ** jul **.The complaint was attended on ** aug ** after repeated calls to customer care. The person took Rs *** service charge and could not diagnose the fault.He suspected the timer to be faulty and ordered a new one.Now to fit the timer he is again asking for service charge .Last time he said service charge will not be charged when he has to fit the timer. He is not ready to give the bill for timer and also he is charging *** rupees as service charge
