Byjus Home Tution Center - Cheating by Byjus Home Tution Center

I have been approached for Byjus home Tution center.Since I wanted personal tutor for my child.I was told tht its a free demo class later iwas told to pay and iwas assured tht it'll be refunded if I didn't like the demo class.Then I paid ***/- for demo class.But iwas not given demo class on time as assured and it was delayed and my time was wasted and inturn igot a irresponsible answer from the staff like iwas on leave, mic was not working and tutor cancelled the demo class at the last moment.Then I requested them to cancel demo class and refund my amount.Then I was told tht we never assured you for refund and another time I was told tht if you take the demo class then we will refund.Then after so many requests of mine to cancel the demo class and refund of my amount.Then iwas asked for emailing all the details regarding my account no.,ifsc code,email id,phone no.,address,student details,photo of cancelled cheque or pass book photo.I emailed them each and every details whatever i was asked.But even after tht ididnt get my amount refunded and I'm approaching them daily for this and I am being assured tht my concern is escalated to senior manager,concerned department bla bla bla etc etc but no amount is refunded.I paid them ***/- through google pay on */*/****.
