shell india yeshwanthpur bangalore - cheating by billing excess

I have a bike discover *g *** cc, this bike has a petrol tank of * l including *.* l of reserve.

somehow shell managed to fill in *.* l, I have been using this bike from * years and have been filling fuel top up **% of the time. the cyscle is based on as the gauege touches E in the odometer go for refueling and was always at shell.
after complaining to them they have come up only with illogical excuses
a) if you are filling at day or night the quantity will be different
b) your reserve tank will be holding some fuel
etc
non courteous and non responsive has been there attitude
