Ara Education - Cheating by ARA Education Coiambatore

My name is Cicila Devassykutty, an ACCA aspirant. I would like to bring to your attention about a cheating that has happened to me from an Indian based ACCA Gold Learning Partner called ARA Education (https://www.araeducation.in/acca-coaching-classes). I was new to ACCA and hence I dint have any prior knowledge about the course and other details. Initially they collected a tution fees of RS. ***** (Approx *** GBP) as the tuition fee on the day I joined ARA Education. Later I was told that in-order to go ahead with my ACCA registration and for the exemption of * papers, I should pay an amount of Rs.***** (Approx *** GBP) to ARA Education. Considering the words from an ACCA Gold Learning Partner, I made the complete payment. I was not given any receipt or an invoice while/after the payment. Recently I was going though MyACCA portal and found that institution has paid only ** GBP which is around Rs. **** as ACCA Registration and ** GBP as the exemption fees for four subjects. There is a huge difference in the amount ARA education has collected from me and what they actually paid on my behalf. I strongly believe that all educational institutions must demonstrate integrity, impartiality and ethical behaviour in their conduct with the students. I am attaching all the supporting documents (Course fee receipt issued by ARA Education, Bank statement showing that I have made the payment of the above mentioned amount as registration and exemption fees to ARA Education and the payment receipts I received from ACCA Global stating that ARA has collected more money than required) and I kindly request you to take strict action against such unethical institutions.
