Design Studio Interior Exteriors Private Limited - Cheating by a renowned Interior Designer Firm

I am a Central Govt Class * officer under the Ministry of Shipping and have contacted a renowned Interior Designer owner of Design Studio interior Exterior Pvt Ltd for interior decoration of my flat. On the advice of the owner, I had to execute the work through Mr. Santanu Ghosh, an employee of Design Studio. Accordingly, I entered into a contract agreement with Mr. Ghosh on **.**.**** for interior decoration of my flat at an estimated cost of Rs * lakhs. The work was scheduled to be completed in ** days from the start of work. However, the work was completed by Mr. Ghosh on **.**.**** which is almost * months after the scheduled date.
After completion of the work, within ** days I observed that cracks started to develop in the electric switchboards, in the glass door of the cupboard, in the wooden partition wall, the tray light in the false ceiling is not glowing, the magnets of the glass doors are not working properly. I immediately informed the same to Mr. Ghosh and the owner of the firm. However, there was no response from them till date. I messaged them on WhatsApp and also emailed them but neither there is any effort from their side to rectify/ replace the damaged/faulty products nor they are responding to my phone or messages. As a result of which I am not able to utilize the products/ materials in spite of spending so much money. I feel that I have been cheated by Mr. Ghosh because he supplied substandard products/ materials against a hefty amount taken from me. Also, the owner is privy to everything and her silence in this matter indicates that she is in connivance with Mr. Ghosh in cheating me.
